The resulting wine is described as having a "vibrant mineral strawberry aroma" and "delicate, rich flavors of berry fruit, minerals, and a touch of lime". It features a "gentle foam on the palate" and a "subtle mineral ginger finish". It is highly mineral and pure, with a soft acidity that has been compared to a high-quality small-batch Champagne.
