Winemaker’s impressions

Aroma

Scents of smoky and mesquite notes, along with rich black fruit aromas of ripe cherries, plums, blueberries, and blackcurrants.  Some can also detect complex notes of violet, anise, and coffee.

Palate

The palate is fresh and balanced, with medium but firm (bold) tannins. It has a long finish with ripe fruit, baking spices, and light leather notes. 

Service

We recommend serving at a temperature between 16º and 18ºC
