Winemaker’s impressions
This wine has a gold yellow colour, due to its aging process with the lees. The nose is very expressive and intense. It is very rich in aromas, like white blossom (jasmine), litchi, mango, candied peach, honey, some citrus notes and mineral hints at the end. The mouth is smooth and dense. Deep tropical, exotic and bone fruit perform along the mouth. There is a fresh acidity, that makes this sweet wine perfectly balanced and gives it a long finish. The aftertaste is very rich and pleasant.
Service
We recommend serving at a temperature between 5 and 7ºC.
Location and Climate
D.O.P CARIÑENA, Northeast of Spain. Altitude between 600-800 m, continental mediterranean climate, low rainfall, les than 400 mm per year, having as its hallmark the cold and dry wind called Cierzo. Rocky and poor soils.

Bodegas Care was founded in year 2000 as a familiar and modern project focused on grape and wine quality. With 150 hectares and 4.000m2 state of the art facilities for winemaking, the winery aims to lead an area with a great heritage. CARE is the brand and intends to be the New Face of Garnacha in Aragon.
